Hlr 1-4 Unknown error

When i try to enter 1-4 high level room i get unknown error. I don't have that problem when i am entering HLR 5. From anywere I join home/netcafe/friends i get the unknown error. Please help me. Thank you :*

Kure: I tried to enter Europe CW Room 1 and 2 and I get also Unknown error...

Someone else reported the same thing. The client was updated recently, perhaps it has something to do with that. At any rate, we moderators cannot do anything about it. We'll have to hope the administrators fix the issue soon.

I checked it as well. 1st users got the Unknown Error....than when u enter the room u have 3-4 more windows with the ROOM USERS...MY CONTACTS.....MY CLAN...etc...3-4 blank pages open there...then it was fixed.

If u get an error like this just rejoin garena client.

if it continues rejoin garena trough a different server.

You need to find the problem .. there ar possible thinks ..

Client related: that means you cant join this rooms even if you change account .. so the problem is whit client files .. if u can join others rooms the problem can be whit room files.. roomEN.dat (my file md5 is : 8ed058af5a37acce3cfd185f896094bc ) check your file if it have same hash

Account/Server related: In this case your account have the same problem in different pc .. give you account to someone whit working rooms and let him test it ( change pass after test ) , if it dont works its an account or server problem , and you must wait admins to fix.

I had the same problem couple of days ago, but now it seems is gone. So i think if u still have that issue rejoin your garena, change the server or restart the PC Smile

Hlr staff getting money from garena? Count me in then, I must be in the wrong place.
If you have to complain somewhere, write a mail at garena's admins. Or leave garena if you think we (hlr staff) are doing so bad for your little person.
