why am i not getting unbanned?

Maybe you plug off because of your noob score?

You do realize that if you rageplug obviously like that again you're getting 30 days no matter if you provide the ss or not, do you? But they'll probably unban you now cause it's your first time.

well, i didnt rageplug...unfortunately there is no way to support that claim.

It may be plug but never a rage plug since in one second he would revive, that added to the fact that this is the first ban request on him is enough to me to unban him.

I couldnt take care of this sooner because yesterday servers were down to me and today I've been away.
