Reason : bad behaviour / insult

This player was afk at the begining of this game.I dont remember exactly but i was lvl 3 when he came at t3 tower ( with a tp scroll )
So in total he was like 3min afk. Then i tell him "ursa go wood". No answer from him. Then to be sure i write "URSA GO WOOD".Then he answer me "fu".
I can admit that the fact to see a message in capslock can be upseting but at this point......

ps : this request seems to be meaningfull but this player reported me from nothing(it was denied) and to be honest a player who is that agressive in a dota game without any reason must be punished by some few days ban. At least to teach him some manners

if a player starts to flame. you need to tell him to stop or he`ll be banned.

saying heavy flames is bannable.
