ban khi00 for item hiding

He complaind about lag and so he was only moving around all the time without "playing dota". Then he took the items from his teammates and hid them somewhere in the forest (see minute 22). Ban for 3 month or forever...

In my point of view a behaviour like this has to result in a maximum ban. If he lags he can leave at the beginning of the game and a bad connection is no excuse to ruin a game in a way like this.
