Could increase the penalty a bit, but it isn't worth the trouble for only a few days.
When you report someone with x-o score early in the game you should provide the replay so that we can see if there was any apparant reason for leaving on purpose such as bad lane, bad farm etctera. Otherwise people who leave with 0 deaths usually did not do so on purpose.
