You will see several situations in the replay where _MiToS_ , playing Pudge, seems to use a maphack.
Absolutely clear is the following situation:
46:20 Chases invisible Riki
46:28 Hooks invisible Riki who is also in fog

04:40 goes straight for bot rune (already empties bottle while approaching, before even seeing the rune, with full hp and no need to use bottle)

18:40 ganks Ursa in woods, seems to know where he is

I agree with you, no doubt this guy is using a maphack, and probably a rune notifier. You are right. Unfortunately, the evidences that will make me say he has mh, I can't find them. I'll let this open for the moment.

I am glad you see it the same way I do. The things he does are too obvious in my opionion.
After watching the replay a 2nd time I can add the following observations:

04:28 Goes straight for bot rune. He "knows" the rune is there, so, with full hp and mana, he begins to empty his bottle to get ready to pick up the rune.
04:40 Arrives at the bottom rune with empty bottle and finally "sees" the rune, picks it up.

05:50 Hooks Mirana from fog. He simply cannot know she is right there!

35:40 Goes for Akasha in woods. No observer wards, fog everywhere, but _MiToS_ "knows" Akasha is there. Follows her, changes direction with her, then gives up and leaves.

And again, together with the "empty bottle stunt" from 04:28, the most "impressive" part:
46:20 Chases invisible Riki
46:28 Hooks and kills invisible Riki who is also in fog (long and precise hook, after 10 seconds of riki invisibility!)

I am sorry I can't deliver any "hard evidence". This is all I can do.
In my opinion, everyone who watches the replay will agree on a 100% maphack from _MiToS_.
It gets as clear as it can get, more than one time.
