HLR servers unaccesible

Hey guys, greeting to everyone...
I was just wondering is it me or is there a problem connecting to HLRooms? When I try to connect to HLR a pop-up appears saying: Unknown error / Server is offline, please try again later...
I changed the server at the login screen but no effect. I reinstalled Garena and it worked for only one day. The next day it was the same problem again. I was hoping if anyone else experiences this kind of problems could write something just to clear things up is it a bug or smth else...
