He said nothing, he didn't lagged, he didn't drop , he left

If he would have dropped, it was error (20). 4 means he left normaly.

He just left, and the game become unbalanced
Maybe he wanted to play with someone else, or had a fight with his mates, i don't know. I asked them in game if he said something befor leaving (if he had problems and got to go or stuff like) and they said he didn't said anything, just left..

it can easyly be a power shut down, if there was nothing else ingame, I assume he is innocent. maybe he can reply in here... sorry for closing the other topic, few ppl reply that fast.

I'm not sure that I understood. I was playing a game in hlr4 and because the game was unbalanced and it was no point playing cause the other were too noobs (and we were 5 and they 4) I asked if we should remake. 3 answerd yes, so i left and remaked. One from scrouge made post and I got banned for a pointless reason.

This guy leaves and he gets no ban ?
If he had a problem, he can post in HLR Unban Requests and he will be unbanned...

I have no problem if he won't be banned, but i just want to be sure that i understand the reason...

I get your point and I was thinking about this case. After all, it sometimes happens that you get no countdown and also garena is bugged in so many things that I don't want to rely on the fact that you had the "wrong" system message. I totally see no reason for this guy to leave that game. If you had told me there were some flames ingame or whatever, I would have said ok, ban.

In this case I am not sure whether he left or had some error or whatever, but I generally think people are innocent till one can be sure they are not. I know you have provided the SS but the history of this guy is totally clean and his and his team's stats are good.

So I denied it because I think he is innocent.

About your HLR4 problem: I see your point, but I wasn't involved and it doesn't help to punish this guy now. Do you agree that it looks strange that this guy left?

Yes I agree and yes, you were not involved in the hlr4 case but I was just trying to understand how it works!
