You need a screenshot to report leavers. You can make as many screenshots as you wish, they are stored in a folder in your war3 directory, where after the game you can make them to jpg file and upload them somewhere.
Moreover replays uploaded on sites like rapidshare are not accepted at all.
If you havent made screenshot in the moment of leaving you can open the replay and make screenshot there
