So here we go... I was playing a game against Skool and he's all boastful how he's gonna win and how we're gonna lose and blabla -- a few minutes in the game Skool dies and leaves the game.

Now that we've estabilished he's a leaver, let's get to the most serious part.
Already being pissed off by this person's I-only-play-if-my-hero-doesn't-die spoiled brat attitude, I'm stunned to discover he's advertising his friend's game (the one he left after he got slayed) and calling people to join moments after he left, like nothing has happend.
I called him out about it, advising people not to join as he'll leave if he smells a possible defeat. He gets angry and rages in capital letters, finally threatening to disconnect me from the internet. As he put it..

And indeed I "lost my net" (I believe he meant the connection).
To put it shortly, he's the worst kind of player - not only is he a spoiled brat who cannot lose maturely, but he's also a self-confessed hacker; who will "lose your net" as he sees fit.
I ask that he's dealt with like any other hacker.
I strongly believe that Garena doesn't tolerate hacking or this kind of malicious behaviour, as messing with someone's internet connection is clearly more grave than maphacking a Warcraft game. Not only can those worms, who have way too much time on their hands, drop you from a game, but can also drop you from the internet, thus preventing you to play the game *and* making you lose the spot in the room, and messing up other things you were doing, as well.
