1st ban 19 oct for 21 days. 2nd ban 25 oct? I was already banned, it was not hlvl room 1.

yes you are right , the second request didnt take place at hlr1 because some players dont meet the required lever to join it but they do to join hlr2 , did the game take place there?
I readjusted the ban period as how it should be, 21 days from october the ninteenth = 11 days left to expire.
