I don't really know how to name the thread so i just leave it empty.The thing is that after minute 60, the host was going to loose and he started to lag all of my team (Scourge).After Sentinel killed us all at mid, because we couldn't do anything at all they just pushed and we lost the game.

P.S. I also browsed the Garena Master forums and one of the functions is this:
.delayon (lag the player, you can choose the ms)
.xon (alias to .delayon)

.delayoff (Stop lagging the player)
.xoff ( alias to .delayoff)

It's not hard evidence but I'm just posting it as a possibility.

Since I don't want to make any mistake, here is the thing : I will deny this one, but I'll keep an eye on him, and the punishement will be set if I hear about him another time.
