MB AFTER 2 YEARS SOME1 CAN HELP ME????? :D

Hi all, before 2 years my acc was hacked or something like that.... when i did sign in garena i could join on only 4-5 rooms in whole garena, on other rooms it was "server is offline, pls try again later". So i try to fix that bulshit, and i did post 10 topics on forums, i was sending messages to moderators and no1 could help me....
All answers was same: rejoin garena, check firewall, reinstall garena... (PLS DONT SAY THAT AGAIN, IM NOT THAT STUPID, I TRY ALL ITS NOT PROB IN THAT) so i gived up and didnt play dota anymore in hlr... Now, after 2 years i sign in to garena (to check things, mb i can join to hlrs)... AND BINGO, I COULD JOIN TO ALL HLRS (that was before 2 days)..... today i sign up on my garena and shows same thing on hlrs: server is offline, pls try again later....

PLS ANSWER ON THIS MESSAGE ONLY IF U KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS PROB..... just dont answer- rejoin garena
