i dont know if its cosidered hacklinks ..
link points to a map download page , but that site has hacks too ..
big problem ..

I think we need to change rule a bit to prevent spam of links to sites who have hacks

thx for this comment, I didnt really check what he posted. as it also has hacks, I suppose this acc should be banned though. have fun!

Some people download their maps on dota utilities.
Therefore, I don't see any reason to ban him.
