outr0 has lagged out of the game, on garena main fourms and on EU.Garena before they were down i have never seen a ban request on him.
I personally played several games with him, not 1 game he left even if he was playing very bad.
Atm he couldnt log in forums due to his net connection which he has problems with, so he has sent me a screen shot of him disconnecting from the game
which i really believe him and didnt leave intentionaly to ruin the game.
