Disrespectful behavior! I was violated from user panda_ice !!! Randomly I was checking the forum and based on what I saw I was very disappointed for my mistreatment as far as Garena Admins! As soon as I saw this post on the forum

I have no idea why I am being banned! Or is it because of me speaking Arabic? Since everyday in all HL rooms people speak different languages and nobody bans them! If you guys think that you are doing your job as Admins, trust me you're not! If you really want to be an Admin in any environment you need to do your job right! Should I start posting all the people who are speaking non-"English" everyday? Then the room won't have any people at all! The "English" Rule is totally ridiculous and ignorant! Nobody has to know "English" and they can speak their own language! Most of the people in HL rooms don't know "English" that doesn't mean that they can not speak their own language! This is so rude and ignorant from Garena Admins/Staff! Almost every person in HL rooms or any room in Garena don't speak "English" because they don't know it or their parents cant afford "English" lessons or I don't know their specific cases!

Speaking non-English ingame is allowed, but please respect the other players! If some players in your team don't speak your language you might want to consider speaking English in case they find your non-English annoying.
In case they find your non-"English" annoying ?! What is that suppose to mean? It makes it seem like people who don't speak "English" are inferior! And also who cares if people get annoyed by other languages they are ignorant and they might need to hear people speaking different languages! Oh one more thing, talking about "English" HL rooms most of the people don't know jack-shit about this language and your trying to put a "English RULE" it's totally ridiculous I have no words! Can't spell can't even read and even pretending they know whatsoever about this language but speak "English" I should start posting requests about "English" grammar checks! Should I start feeling annoyed because of that? So you can't speak "English" no problem you're banned because of that, so ridiculous!

You are not allowed to insult other users for any reason whatsoever. It does not matter how bad you might think someone plays, do NOT flame!
Keep in mind that even words such as "noob" and "stfu" might be offensive to some users!
Remember that if someone bothers you inside a DotA game, you can use -hhn and then /ignore username in order to filter out messages from that particular user, but that does NOT justify flaming.
I can talk all day and all night about that! Everybody flames on the internet or in this case on Garena! How are the Admins/Staff or whatever they are called doing their job? People flame all day and all night! Nothing has changed what did you do to make a change about that? Nothing!
