-reason: i actualy didn't leave the game i lost the conection from the server and when i got disconnected they probably killed me
Fortunately, I took a scrshot here it is:

Next time take screenshot of "you have been disconnected" rather than "waiting for host". Or better yet, save both!

Also, you should save/backup the replay whenever you disconnect. Read rule #13 for information about how to make sure the replay gets saved.
