The difference with that ban is that in his case the firstblood wasn't drawn yet, and in yours it was.

3 disconnections in less than a month I think it's enough, if your connection disallows you play don't play in EDHLRs that's why Im not going to unban you because like it ir not you are ruining games, however I think that 30 days are too much for that so I'm reducing the penalty to 15 days.
