Account Beel_qad has been hacked due to cyber cafe keystroker and now he cant reset his password or email . thats the reasons for spams u see being reported if you check the patterns on account you will realise its been hacked . please try and fix

if he cant reset his password , unbanning the account doesnt make much sense since the hacker is still able to misuse it, dont you think? However it seems there isnt any interest anymore in this case , so let me close it.
