Extra Info : There are 2 things that I would like to point out regarding this case :
1) Either that guy is a user of the hack which deletes all foglicks from replays
2) Or he seems to be very aware of the fact that if you click at fog you will get caught in the replay.

I've been watching the replay for 3 hours , but still I was not able to detect any fogclicks.
However, there are some suspicious moves which can easily prove that he is a maphack user :

And if you generally watch the replay very carefully , you will see that he is always avoiding ganks and generally making very suspicious moves.

if you play those two moments without fog of war you will see how his pings draw the common path the prey is gonna take.
