I think I found what happened with sib0 http://forum.garena.com/search.php?searchid=36368 I posted links to his ban requests as a reply on the thread, but you should still inform the garena account support staff asap, who knows how many players got/will be unbanned like this.

Oh well, he won't be playing in any room in garena any time soon lol, he also became a candidate for the self-pwnage awards just look at his post he got system banned for cracked garena now
