garena problem HELP!!!!!

guys i have a problem with garena
cant see any games (i have the latest patch, i have played few days ago)
sometimes i cant even log in.when i join a room , everyone has x ping , when i click tunnel on some1 , it says user cannot be found
i tried reinstalling garena , diferent servers ...
I TRIED EVERYTHING
and still cant play dota. everything was fine till few days ago and haven't changed anything on my pc

any1 have any idea???
