1.Low skill KS.Vampire

3.Played with Gypocrypter 3\18,was dying all the time.Very low skill player,is not suppose to play in EU HLR1.
4.He also said he is gonna ban my id from garena(so sounds like garena abuse)

The EUHLRs are public rooms - anyone who meets the entry level requirements and follow the rules are free to play there, as long as they play to the best of their ability of course!
