It wasn't cia spamming, his account got hacked. In the thread where he is reported, the guy CIA- is also not cia, it's the hacker himself I guess. As you can see in the task manager, username: mihai. When I hear that name, it reminds me of Romania. The one who stole his acc was romanian!
But CIA got his account back now, go unban.
