ban ~pAhmel (for feeding and ruining the game)

This guy didnt want to continue a game with a leaver who left at min 6 (but 2 of us Agreed for Rmk and others didnt Agree so the game wont be Remaked)and this guy kept feeding them to make them Rmk the game, hope u ban this guy for Ruining the game.
