ban request statut game was 5vs4 and the game was over when I leave so I dont ruine it. sentinel write "let finish it" then I say "GG" and I leave see replay and tell me where is the probleme replay

You are not allowed to give up and stop playing or leave the game. Howver I can understand the game was practically over due to the previous leaver but even so you should have respected your allies and enemies by staying in the game.
Im going to reduce the penalty to 13 days from now.
