it's not that Im very pleased to help a person with such banhistory like yours but apparently you are right about that ban, however there's always the chance that it is a delayed report, but in that case it's the reporter's fault again.
I guess I have to adjust your penalty as it is supposed to be and leave that banrequest in hlr3 aside.
13 days of ban have elapsed out of 20, so it will expire on december the 3rd -again- .
