You are responsible for your adquisitions, talk to the one you bought the account from, present him the warranty and get what you gave him back. If there is no warranty, it's your own fault.

2. if you didnt purchase that account:
In this case I don't mind whether that game was played outside or inside EDHLRs, the fact that you want to be ubanned means that you are a regular edhlr player and therefore you are still unwanted here.
