I suppose it's better to leave a game before anything has been settled in order to avoid a match full of flames and discomfort what more likely would involve a leaver, afker or game ruiner when the game is in full progress what in turn is way worse.
Unless you dont provide anything that I see worthy of ban I dont see a good reason to ban him.
