You say he has done it before, but I can't find any threads (evidence) of that. Your word alone is not worth much.
And yeah, for a N'aix to refuse Lucifer mid solo could be almost called gameruin. So no way I'm going to ban him for that. Like I said, I usually ban for this, but since it's his first time (no evidence), and the situation was what it was, this time I won't. However, should he read this he can consider himself warned.
Also, threads like these don't belong here. Unless there's a mistake my decision is final. It doesn't matter if you think it's "unfair". If you still insist on keeping this on, then you have to take it somewhere else.
