ban ciyociko - abusing host bot

abusing host bot: ciyociko

I know host bot is allowed and will be ban 5 days only, but not if the host use some bannable function in host bot and he should be ban 365 days from all room
from chat log
first, at 10:04, host mute me permenantly, which is not allowed even i call him noob for a few times after he flame too
and at 21:57, he votekick someone ( well, you could say coz he afk)
but at 22:31, he also said after vote kick him. then vote kick me(rhasta).
then, suddenly all DC, i think he use some all drop hack function so that there is no (player) leave game message for us to ps, please ban this host bot for 1 year

Yes , true i muted him, because i got angry, and yes thats abuse and i am sorry .I can understand it if u ban me for this.
BUT, I DIDNOT USED any DROPHACK or something like that , my connection sometimes breaks and it wasnt the first time that all players droppeed.
And even if u use drophack, that player looses connection instantly (i know that because once my friend used it for fun, and then got banned ;-))!
But that was not the case. I waitet but after sometime the hostbot (autofunction) kicked him and all players who "lagged" by itself.
and second: whats wrong banning a player from HIS host?

nice lie saying u lost connection, def drop, and becoz u are still on garena, how can u on garena if u loss connection

that's why i talk to you in garena, to show u not lose connection

u can ban me from host whatever u like

but trying to use vote kick and mute a player permenantly in game and then drop hack to avoid left game message is abusing host bot

and that is definitely rage quit after, well, i steal his wood creep

I am not lying genius. I reconnected after ~2 min. And thats the truth. U can believe me or not, your decision.
And yes i muted u, and i am not trying to disclaming it. But again for u.
I DID NOT USED ANY DROPHACK OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT.
U DIDNT LOOSE THE CONNECTION INSTANTLY . A drophack makes u loose the connection instantly.
I wish i had a picture where all the players all waiting for because your connection "broke" (but it in real it was mine).
Second: my host bot doesnt contain a instant kick funciotn or something like that. it has 2 kick functions:
1)if some1 uses tradehack he will be kicked instantly.
2)Votekick: i neeed the votes of the players for it.

whatever you said, you are a abuser and you use a host bot to help you to abuse
let's see what moderator would said, hope they wont tolerate abuser

p.s. god knows if you use other hacks to drop players, posting a random website is pointless

yep i said i am a abuser. i muted u permenently and thats abusing and i am sorry for it.
so if a admin wants me to ban for this then go ahead. i deserved it.
but i am not a hax user or something.

p.s.: that "random website" is made by the guy who i think (not sure) developed the bot.
so if u dont believe about the kick function just go 2 the website.

Host bots are not allowed in any Europe Dota High Level Rooms.

I would not say everyone got dropped/kicked, it seems the hostbot suddenly terminated. But I can't accept the muting issue.
