1-The time i left is minute 3 its not 5 minutes yet. 2-No kills were scored ( aka first blood ). 3-The host was lagging like hell and the game was unplayable. 4-Here is a screen shot shows the chat log.

You don't have to be preemptive and in any case post it in the section where the game took place not in unban request.
