I suggest you reinstalling garena client. Since you told me you care about banlist, try this:
1. install new garena without deleting old one
2. copy ban.dat from Garena\user\6036692\ (or maybe the whole "user" folder) to new garena.
3. Check if banlist is presented
4. Check if there are no more errors (Not in my HLR, thanks)

He got screenshot, and also, we have alredy talked about his garena error issue.
Guess he shouldnt be testing it, knowing about the problem, but, guess, we can assume, he did not ragequit or wanted error to happen to ruin some games. Thanks for reporting, dont stop reporting mods, but, this time, Denied.
P.s. All cases where moderators are reported are handled by higher staff, atm, 0doaker and EU.Street_Dog. Street_Dog approved my decision.
