I had a system failure (bluescreen of death) in the middle of the game. My laptop was shutdown immidiately and after reboot I took a screenshot of the message showing. I'm afraid this is all the proof I can provide, but do hope it will be enough.
Seems pretty much to me that you are on leaving spree. You have been banned october for 30 days, as soon as your ban expired the same day you got banned for new 30 days and now 2 days after that ban expired you recive new 30 days... kinda weird, don't you think so ? And in every ban request your score is bad

I didn't bother reading HL room rules earlier, thought it was fine to leave a game when it wasnt 5 on 5 anymore. And you think I keep coming to play and leave just to get banned again? Atleast I'm confident that I haven't done anything to deserve to get banned this time.

Ok, let's say i believe you. Read the rules and do not leave on purpose anymore when the game is 4v5 or 4v4
