This is not very safe, because there are multiple servers that support Garena. I mean when you're Level 40, pick an icon, then as they change servers servers back to exp , but you remain with the icon. Anyway, just not 100% sure , that this guy used icon hack ...

that was happened to me too , i was lvl 19 and with those dumb servers garena showed me lvl 20 / 21 / 22 sometimes so i picked another icon.... when servers was ok i still got this icon... i dont think he is icon hacker
