ban XBOCT(161rus) (13259044) - Maphack

I suspect him of maphack. There was no way of getting away from him, but he always backed out in time from fights even tho we were not out of fog of war. There was also a single time we all went to hunt down Roshan, that was the only time he "checked" Roshan. Please do something about him, Thank you! I love them, they always determine me to give my best in the game. So I play as good as I can. We won btw, and you can't ignore the fact that he cheated. My friend saw it too. XBOCT(161rus) may be a good player, but I say he uses maphack. Way too obvious. If he does not, he is the world's no.1 dota player. Ban the maphackers, please.
