Hello.

I have been away from dota(and garena) for like a month and now when i relog to my account i realize that i have been banned from all HLR rooms for an insane amount of time currently its 7981 hours.
i did not find any bann requests for my account in this forum. ( i searched my username)

so anyone could update me what is going on becouse i did not do anything wrong and theres no bann request either.

Well i dont know how to cause laggs and stuff so it wasn't me
i can't prove this of course . but is thare a way for you to see if my account was used by someone else like some log wich containes IP adress at the time of login ? if u can't check on that than u just have to take my word for it that it was not me i dont expect you to remove the bann becouse it would be unfairbut maybe you could lower the time perhaps to like a month or so
