Reason:
-AFK'ing. Starting at approximately 40mins he just moves his hero at fountain. He stays at fountain well over 5mins.
-When I tell him he can get banned for that, he says "learn rules"
-He spent the ENTIRE game woods with Bloodseeker, finished 0-7-1 and REFUSED to help the team (ie: doesn't listen to us saying "ulti" or "silence", never in team fights).
I know HLR can't ban based on player ability- but this is not a question of him being noob. It's a question of game-ruining by not playing/listening with the team and afk'ing.
