it was failed game, partly it was my guilt. But i had too big lags, and i exactly need to reboot. It was the end of the game... my leave did not affect the outcome of the game... i just didnt want to host was waiting for me...cause he will rehost after the end.

Caring only for you friend and ignore all the other players who were in game is not a valid excuse to recieve any favour.
I would think of reducing the ban period if the penalty is not fitting but 20 days for what you did are pretty suitable.
