I watched the replay and my conclusion is as following:

- I wont ban shwarceNIGER for flaming. Its apparent that YOU started to call him names. The fact that he doesnt know the rules doesnt give you the right to flame him

- Yes, he has taken the leaver's item without the team's permission so he will be banned for that
