Rule #1 is the ONLY rule that does not apply in other game status except 5v5, 4v5 and 4v4. If game status is something else and you do not wish to continue playing according to the rules, LEAVE instead of going afk, idling or ruining the game on purpose!
Since the game was 5 vs 3 he was allowed to leave.

first 2 guys left in 20th minute and 3rd guy left 50 secs later..is there a rule that says if there wont be a switch in 1 minute u can leave?there was a fight in this 1 minute thats why we didnt switch so he didnt expect to stay with switch so he left.more questions?

Well it doesnt matter about switch...maybe he didnt want to switch...when he left the status was 5 vs 3...so he had all the rights to leave...

leavers destroy the game,in case of 5vs3 we would switch and continue playing as he left there wasnt any reason to continue.Leaver call this one which is useless to continue the game in case he is not in anymore
