Our responsability ends excatly where our administrative rights end too.

The european staff can only take care of Europe Dota High Level Rooms (EDHLRs), all the others rooms are out of our control, we cannot moderate those rooms because we have no powers there, actually there are not moderators attached to them.

We will not handle reports that do not belong to any EDHLRs (spam, leaving, hacks ... whatever) not because we do not want to but as I have said before because we literally cannot.
