Because YOU are supposed the know the rules when you enter the EDHLR rooms and if YOU brake them admins DO NOT have to warn you when they ban/kick you from the room.

In the Europe Dota High Level Rooms we speak English in the main chat. All other languages might result in kick/ban. EHLR moderators are NOT required to give a warning before they kick or ban. You are supposed to know the rules!

This is not right to flood the room chat even there is no any channel admin there and I think you know it. If you talking about warn, there was someone else warned you in room but you didn't listen, so I banned you for 1 day and I don't think it is a heavy ban.
