Worked fine, though regardless of what type of your offense you report form, the title of your ban request should follow this format: ban frik|f^sh

Don't write extra info in the title since it makes it more difficult for us to copypaste into the client.

Also, when reporting afkers/idler you should provide information about at which time during the game they went afk or idle.

If someone gets booted for afk, you can also take a screenshot of that and upload as evidence, that way we don't have to watch the replay.
