He may be banned but i am not so sure if he is banned it will be for short period of time for example 1-3 days cuz he said "sorry" so may be he had reason to leave and you have just started 0 min 55 sec

If nothing happened, then I suppose that includes nothing that might have made him want to leave the game happened? He left yes, but not a ragequit. He should have planned his time better, but at 1st minute it's not a disaster. Sometimes it's better not to post a ban request.
