Unban [cthulhu] (all hlrs)

Hi .I have been banned from all HL Rooms for no reason except one leave in HLR 3 (not even reported).

I have here a proof (screens of my garena) that the ban was done instantly and the ban duration is extremely huge : 8700 hours and more (1 year) :

The only evidence that I have is the absence of ban requests against me in All Europe HL rooms.
