You aren't actually allowed to break the rules just because someone else broke them before you. It's the same thing if someone leaves the game, you can't just leave yourself afterwards. It's of course a slightly different situation if someone steals your items. And in this particular case the very person who refused to give you your bottle had the guts to report you even though it was his own fault you went afk, so I'll unban you.
