Chan[ether] - afk and leave

Firstly he was afk and lateron he leaves the games.
AFK:
ban Chan[ether] Chanetherafk1

and 5 min after creeps have spawned, he chooses his hero..
ban Chan[ether] Chanetherafk2

Leave:

LeaverName: Chan[ether]
LeaverScore: 7-7-10
LeaverStatus: Alive
Gamestate after leave: 3v4 (before: 4v4)
ban Chan[ether] Chanetherleave

5 days.

Well i didnt ban him for leaving, because when he left, game status was 5v3 which is NOT bannable.
5v5,5v4,4v4 are only bannable.

So i gave him 5 days for being afk from the begining of game which obviously what i see in screen shot #1 that you post,he should have been kicked after 5mins.
