Every rune spawn from beginning of game he goes straight for it
Around 7 minutes in til 7:40 he chases me (SA) through jungle without any wards/dust/vision of any sort and continues to raze me. (9 minutes - 9:40 replay time)

@ 0:08 he uses all his bottle without seeing any rune and direct go up to take haste.
