General_Tilly only 30 days?

The first time i got in the EHLR, back when i taught the ban system doesn't work anywhere, i leaved 1 game and before the admin saw that post i afk-ed out of another one and got 20+30 days. I'm not complaining i know i deserved the 50 day ban, but why the hell is he getting only 30 days for leaving 1 mid game and 1 late game when he is a host leaver, which is even worse then my case was since no one from the game can continue to play after he leaves.
